Ahsan Ghafoor is a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, with over 20 years of experience across local government, consultancy, and the Planning Inspectorate. He specialises in enforcement, appeals, CIL, heritage protection, and complex casework.

Ahsan has held senior leadership roles including Professional Lead and Inspector Manager, and is known for resolving high-risk, contentious planning matters. As a trainer and coach, he has developed extensive CPD programmes and promotes high professional standards across the sector.

His insight, authority, and practical approach shape Go4Consulting’s results-driven ethos.
